Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the team, ensuring tasks and priorities are on track.
• Manage and support the Sales team, including performance tracking and accountability.
• Coordinate directly with the Executive Assistant to align priorities and workflows.
• Report directly to the business owner on team performance and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Step in to resolve day‑to‑day issues so the business owner doesn't have to.
