The role involves coordinating end-to-end meetings and events, engaging dealers and networks, and working closely with regional teams to ensure seamless logistics and successful executions. The position emphasizes content preparation, attendee management, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, network engagement, or direct selling operations.
• Fresh graduates may apply; willingness to learn is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: coordinate planning, venue prep, AV setup, and on-site/virtual event flow.
• Dealer & Network Engagement: design and drive engagement strategies to boost participation and sales yield.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers on schedules and objectives.
• Content & Presentation Preparation: create event collateral, slides, and presenter scripts per brand guidelines.
• Attendee Data & Attendance Management: manage invitations, check-in, and post-event data collection.
• Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: collect and analyze surveys and metrics to improve future events.
• Timely submission of supporting documents for liquidation.
