Responsibilities

• Contact a growing list of 500+ leads by phone to reach business owners and decision-makers.
• Walk prospects through services and set qualified appointments that fill the calendar.
• Get past gatekeepers to reach the actual decision-maker.
• Follow up on leads captured by the AI receptionist and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Log call outcomes, contact details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Maintain a professional, friendly phone manner representing the business.
