Job summary

MMI is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell home and commercial appliances to retail, dealer, distributor, and corporate clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotations to closing deals, coordinating with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in sales, preferably in appliances or consumer electronics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of sales experience in appliances, consumer electronics, or retail.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell home and commercial appliances to retail, dealer, and corporate clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product features and benefits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.
Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
