Job summary

MMI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily appliance inventory, logistics, delivery, installation, and service activities in the Metro Manila area. You will lead warehouse and operations teams, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cost control, safety compliance, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of operations or logistics management experience, preferably in appliances, retail, or consumer electronics.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of appliance inventory, logistics, delivery, and installation services
• Supervise warehouse, service, and operations staff
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of appliances to customers
• Develop and improve operational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Handle customer escalations related to delivery, installation, or service issues
• Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports
• Control operational budgets and reduce unnecessary costs
