Job summary

MMI in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expanding sales operations and drive revenue growth across channels. You will develop strategies, coach the sales team, and nurture distributor and key account relationships to meet targets.

The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Filipino, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the appliance, consumer durables, or related industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
