Job summary

Karga Express Intelligence System Inc. is seeking a Coordinator in its Operations department to support daily transport operations, coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams, and manage billing and collections.

You will help track shipments, prepare documents, and maintain records to ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting. The role requires basic college level education and at least 1 year in logistics or dispatch, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• College level education or higher.
• At least 1 year of logistics/dispatch experience.
• Familiarity with billing and collection is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, clients and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules.
• Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients for updates.
• Prepare dispatch documents, delivery receipts, and transport records.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure correct loading of goods.
• Assist in planning delivery routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Provide updates on delivery status and address delays.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and monitor basic fleet maintenance.
• Preparing invoices and delivery receipts for shipments
• Following up on client payments and outstanding balances
• Coordinate with accounting for reporting of collections and billing issues
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of transport-related documents.
• Monitor KPIs on-time delivery rate and dispatch accuracy.
