We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Engineer to manage, maintain, and monitor engineering and project-related documentation for the Project, Solution, and Service Departments.
The role is responsible for ensuring that engineering documents, forms, templates, databases, and project records are properly maintained, updated, secured, and accessible to authorized personnel. The position will also coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of required documentation and compliance with company standards and procedures.
Maintain and update standard forms, templates, engineering databases, and departmental documentation.
Organize, secure, track, and monitor critical documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
Monitor documentation requirements for ongoing projects, including project billing and supporting documents.
Assist project teams in preparing and organizing documents required for project execution.
Maintain and update the engineering database with the latest information, forms, and reports.
Coordinate with Project, Solution, Service, and other departments to gather and verify required documentation.
Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of documents necessary for departmental operations.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
Prepare regular reports on document status, pending requirements, and updates for departmental heads and stakeholders.
Monitor outstanding documents and follow up with concerned personnel to ensure timely submission.
Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
Perform other documentation and engineering administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related engineering field, such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in document control, project documentation, engineering administration, or a related role.
Experience in engineering, construction, HVAC, MEPF, data center, or technical projects is an advantage.
Strong understanding of document control, filing systems, document tracking, and version control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with Google Workspace, document management systems, or engineering databases is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive company information with discretion.
