Hyphens Pharma Philippines, Inc. seeks experienced District Sales Managers to lead and develop our sales teams across key territories in the Philippines.

Four openings for districts in Central GMA, South Luzon (Cavite area), and Cebu, offering leadership opportunities and room to drive market growth in pharma. Responsibilities include setting district sales objectives, forecasting, coordinating with NSM, and coaching teams to achieve quotas while expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with business acumen.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, manage the evolvement of category product lines by developing strategies and tactics to improve overall sales and profitability.
• Sales & Strategy planning by setting district-level sales objectives, forecast revenue, and develop annual quotas and strategies aligned with company targets.
• Sales reporting & forecasting by tracking, analysing, and reporting sales metrics and performance to NSM; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, reports, and reviews.
• Aid in the management of internal and external groups to ensure marketing tactics are executed effectively.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies; identify new business opportunities and initiatives to expand market presence.
• Assist in running cross-functional Product Management meetings.

About the Role

Hyphens Pharma is looking for experienced and results-driven District Sales Managers (4 openings) to lead and develop our sales teams across key territories in the Philippines. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, executing strategic initiatives, coaching high-performing teams, and expanding our market presence.

We are currently hiring for the following territories:

• 2 District Sales Managers for Central GMA
• 1 District Sales Manager for South Luzon (preferably based in Cavite or nearby South Luzon areas)
• 1 District Sales Manager for Cebu
