Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales management experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in district/regional roles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical market, products, and healthcare sector dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across healthcare levels.
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities.
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Cebu district.
• Familiarity with Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare sector standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/summarize sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Recruit/train/develop sales reps to build a high-performing team.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses; maximize ROI.
• Represent Getz Pharma at industry events and networking opportunities.

About the role

Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager for Greater Manila Area to lead our sales operations across GMA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will have a significant impact on our market presence and business performance in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team within the GMA district, setting clear targets and providing coaching to achieve and exceed sales objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices in all business dealings
• Conduct regular field visits and sales calls to support the sales team and directly engage with key accounts
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management on a regular basis
• Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to build a high-performing team
• Manage sales budgets and expenses efficiently while maximising return on investment
• Represent Getz Pharma at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the region

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a district or regional role

• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, products, and healthcare sector dynamics

• Strategic thinking ability with the capacity to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Cebu district
• Familiarity with Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare sector standards
• Preferred: Previous experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales in Cebu or Visayas regio
