Distributor specialist is essentially the frontline representative of an organization within a specific geographic area. The core responsibilities revolve around driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic plans tailored to their territory's needs - both Modern Trade and General Trade. This involves not only meeting predefined sales targets but also consistently exceeding them through proactive sales tactics, effective relationship-building, and keen market insights.
