Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation seeks a Distributor specialist to drive territory sales and strengthen presence in Modern Trade and General Trade across the Philippines, including the Bicol region.

You will develop strategic plans, exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with head office and local accounts to optimize profitability, visibility, and product assortment.

• Experience in sales handling national key accounts with head office engagement.
• FMCG background preferred, distributor or principal.

Job description

Distributor specialist is essentially the frontline representative of an organization within a specific geographic area. The core responsibilities revolve around driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic plans tailored to their territory's needs - both Modern Trade and General Trade. This involves not only meeting predefined sales targets but also consistently exceeding them through proactive sales tactics, effective relationship-building, and keen market insights.
