Stretch Distribution Inc. (SDI) in the Camarines Sur region seeks a proactive Sales Representative to drive distributor and retail sales within Camarines Sur and Cam Norte. You will prospect new accounts, manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of products.

A strong track record in distribution sales and willingness to travel are essential. You will collaborate with logistics, finance, and product teams to optimize the customer experience and achieve monthly targets.

• Minimum proven sales track record in distributor or retail sales.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new distributor and retail accounts within the Camarines Sur and Cam norte territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts through regular visits and follow-ups
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions whilst ensuring company profitability and customer satisfaction
• Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products to distributors and retail partners
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth objectives
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
• Gathering market intelligence and competitor information to identify new sales opportunities and market trends
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management through CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams including logistics, finance, and product management to ensure seamless customer experience
• Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay informed of new products and sales strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales representative or distributor sales role within a distribution or retail environment
• Strong understanding of the distribution business model and experience managing distributor relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer types

• Knowledge of the Bicol Region and established networks within the distribution or retail sector (preferred)
