Stretch Distribution Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.

You will maintain strong relationships with retail accounts including sari-sari stores and wholesalers, ensure product availability, and manage timely orders and collections while executing promotions and merchandising standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years field sales experience in FMCG, van sales, or commercial distribution.
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle or light vehicle restriction codes if required for field coverage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numerical proficiency; familiarity with mobile sales order apps/handheld devices.
• Good knowledge of local geography and route planning within the region.
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned product lines and territories.
• Conduct regular coverage visits to retail stores, sari-sari stores, minimarts, and wholesale accounts.
• Identify and onboard new customer accounts to expand territory and market reach.
• Present product features, promotions, and launches to maximize order volume.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at stores.
• Execute trade promotions, POS displays, and stock rotation to minimize expiry.
• Perform regular inventory checks at customer outlets and suggest reorder quantities.
• Monitor account credit limits, collect payments, and remit collections per policy.
• Submit daily sales activity reports, booking orders, and collection summaries.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide feedback to management.

About the role

The Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong business relationships with retail accounts, key outlets, and wholesalers within an assigned geographical territory. The DSR ensures target distribution, optimal product availability, prompt order generation, and efficient collection management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned product lines and territories
• Conduct regular coverage visits to existing retail stores, sari-sari stores, minimarts, and wholesale accounts
• Identify and onboard new customer accounts to expand territory coverage and market reach
• Present product features, promotions, and new product launches effectively to maximize order volume
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising standards at the store level
• Execute trade marketing promotions, point-of-sale display setup, and stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) to minimize product expiry
• Conduct regular inventory checks at customer outlets to prevent stock-outs and suggest ideal reorder quantities
• Monitor account credit limits, collect payments (cash/checks), and remit collections accurately and promptly according to company policy
• Submit accurate daily sales activity reports, booking orders, and collection summaries
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and market trends, providing timely feedback to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, van sales, or commercial distribution
• Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for operating motorcycle or light commercial delivery vehicle (if required for field coverage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic numerical proficiency and familiarity with mobile sales order apps/ handheld devices
• Good knowledge of local geography and route planning within the assigned region
