Job summary

Choa’s for Everything Supermarket in Central Luzon is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive sales, ensure product availability, and coordinate with merchandisers across the Olongapo area.

You will manage stock levels, support promotions, prepare reports on daily activities, and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to company guidelines.

Job description

To ensure the attainment of sales, distribution, merchandising, high collection efficiency rate and implement the business plan objectives set for his territory by the distributor management consistent with principal strategies and directions.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sell-out, set KRAs and Bad Goods acceptable levels, and Introduction of New Products;
• Provides market intelligence and feedback to evaluate field and key account strategies to optimize achievement of target objectives;
• Ensures that customers have optimum stock level of all products at any given time and makes follows up subsequent deliveries.
• Facilitates and ensures proper and timely sales collections within the assigned area coverage by implementing standard credit policies and collections policies and procedures;
• Prioritises and negotiates product listings, pricing, distribution, display and national promotional activities as per customer plan;
• Ensures servicing of account through regular interface and updates on Customer Service Level, Sales Achievement, Accounts Receivable and other operational concerns;
• Adheres to set standards on stock freshness and control of bad goods in his/her area of responsibilities;
• Ensures that all products being carried are adequately merchandised and properly displayed in the channels being covered, based on current merchandising guidelines.
• Prepares timely and accurate reports on his daily sales activities, trade development and competitive activities;
• Provides product knowledge on all product lines to meet customer information needs and queries;
• Works with merchandisers, Promotions Coordinator, and other members of the sales team in the execution of sales activities;
• Conducts B.O. checking during store visit to monitor bad goods and ensure documentation and retrieval;
