Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience in Food Service, FMCG, B2B, distributor management or KAM.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing distributor partnerships.
• Inspiring leader with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strategic, organized, results-driven and capable of making sound decisions.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.

• Develop and execute distributor business plans aligned with sales growth objectives.

• Drive channel growth through new opportunities and market analysis with sales/marketing.
• Address escalated customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead distributor capability development through coaching and training of sales teams.
• Oversee demand planning and inventory management for Food Service partners.
• Track distributor profitability and ROI of programs.
