Job summary

D&L Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to expand our HoReCa and Foodservice footprint across Metro Manila and key distribution channels.

You will lead direct account growth, manage sub-distributors, and build strong relationships with culinary leads, purchasing managers, and commercial partners for our premium Oleo-Fats line. You will drive forecasting alignment with supply chain, negotiate terms with distributors, and lead field activities such as product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5–10 years of B2B sales and channel management experience in HoReCa/FMCG
• Established network in Metro Manila and key provinces
• Willingness to conduct field visits and attend trade shows or regional client meetings

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new direct accounts across hotel chains, restaurant groups, industrial caterers, and commercial bakeries
• Appoint, manage, and audit sub-distributors, regional dealers, and foodservice wholesalers; ensure sales targets, stock levels, and distribution coverage goals are met
• Maintain and deepen relationships with direct HoReCa clients and distribution partners to secure client retention, repeat orders, and healthy channel margins
• Partner with application chefs and product development teams to conduct demonstrations, product trials, and tailored product pitches for key clients and distributors' sales teams
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize forecasting, stock availability, order fulfillment, and route-to-market strategies
• Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting, negotiation, and distributor agreements to account reconciliation and payment collection
