Job summary

Arla Foods Corporation is seeking a Distributor Sales Executive to drive sales, distribution, and operational excellence within assigned regional distributors. The role emphasizes P&L management, inventory control, and capability-building of distributor sales teams to execute in Modern Trade channels according to Arla standards.

You will report to the Distributor Team Manager and collaborate across business units in a matrix organization, delivering joint business plans and ensuring on-shelf

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distributor management handling modern trade in South Luzon.
• Organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to make sound decisions and demonstrates ownership.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with ability to interpret business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution performance by achieving sell-in/sell-out targets, expanding channel coverage, ensuring execution excellence and in-market presence, and maintaining healthy stock rotation.
• Manage distributor business performance and profitability through regular P&L reviews, trade spend optimization, financial health monitoring, and effective Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
• Optimize inventory and supply chain performance by maintaining target stock levels, preventing stock issues, minimizing returns and damages, and improving demand forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and develop a high performing distributor sales team through coaching and implementing structured coverage plan, route-to-market optimization, and call efficiency standards.
• Strengthen business partnerships and execution excellence by driving joint business plans, promotional initiatives, compliance with trade standards, and superior on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram adherence.
