Job summary

Arla Foods Corporation is seeking a Distributor Sales Executive to drive sales, distribution, and operational excellence within the regional distributor network. You will lead P&L reviews, optimize inventory, and develop the distributor sales team to ensure strong in-market execution across Modern Trade channels, aligned with Arla standards.

You will report to the Distributor Team Manager and help build strong partnerships, set joint business plans, and ensure superior on-shelf availability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distributor management handling modern trade in the region.
• Organized, results-driven and ownership-focused with strong decision-making.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret performance and opportunities.

• Drive sell-in/sell-out targets, expand channel coverage and in-market presence with healthy stock rotation.
• Manage distributor business performance and profitability through regular P&L reviews and trade-spend optimization.
• Optimize inventory and supply chain performance by maintaining stock levels and improving demand forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing distributor sales team through coaching and structured coverage plans.
• Strengthen partnerships and execution by driving joint business plans and ensuring on-shelf availability and planogram adherence.

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Distributor Sales Executive who has an exceptional track-record of driving sales, distribution, and operational excellence within the assigned regional distributor. The role also ensures strong P&L management, efficient inventory control, capability-building of distributor sales team, and effective execution in Modern Trade channels in accordance with Arla standards. How You Will Make An Impact

• You drive sales and distribution performance by achieving sell-in/sell-out targets, expanding channel coverage, ensuring execution excellence and in-market presence, and maintaining healthy stock rotation.
• You manage distributor business performance and profitability through regular P&L reviews, trade spend optimization, financial health monitoring, and effective Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
• You optimize inventory and supply chain performance by maintaining target stock levels, preventing stock issues, minimizing returns and damages, and improving demand forecasting accuracy.
• You lead and develop a high performing distributor sales team through coaching and implementing structured coverage plan, route-to-market optimization, and call efficiency standards.
• You strengthen business partnerships and execution excellence by driving joint business plans, promotional initiatives, compliance with trade standards, and superior on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram adherence.

The Distributor Sales Executive will be part of the Retail team and will report directly to the Distributor Team Manager.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in distributor management handling modern trade in South Luzon
• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
• You have strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making
