Job summary

gsm - green sm is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day taxi service operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise dispatch, fleet deployment, and driver coverage to ensure timely pickups and excellent passenger experience while upholding regulatory compliance.

You will monitor vehicle conditions, coordinate maintenance, track KPIs, handle incidents, and lead regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years in transportation or taxi/ride-hailing operations, with 1+ year supervisory.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and driver compliance.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and discipline staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; dispatch/Fleet software familiarity.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends.

This role ensures that the fleet, drivers, and customer service teams work efficiently to meet company goals, provide excellent passenger experience, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily taxi operations, including fleet deployment, dispatch scheduling, and route monitoring.
• Ensure adequate driver coverage to meet demand, including managing shift schedules and attendance.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs, inspections, and preventive servicing.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs such as trip completions, wait times, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incident reports, passenger complaints, and driver concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Enforce company policies, local government transport regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular meetings with drivers and staff to relay updates, performance targets, and operational changes.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations performance to management.

Qualifications
