Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the complete dispatch operation for efficient deliveries and high customer service. You will coordinate routing, manage contractor relationships, and drive morale within the team.

You will lead the Dispatch and Deliveries team, implement process improvements, handle health and safety, and oversee budgeting related to logistics. Familiarity with e-commerce and furniture retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Experience in retail and/or customer service, handling inquiries to resolution or purchase.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new tools and up-skill in digital marketing; e-commerce familiarity a plus.
• Weekend availability could be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire dispatch operation to ensure efficiency and service levels.
• Arrange optimal delivery paths and liaise with delivery contractors.
• Lead the Dispatch and Deliveries team, including process improvements and change management.
• Manage health & safety and financial aspects of dispatch.
