Job summary

Bunan Manpower Services in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Planner and Dispatch Coordinator to organize daily delivery schedules and assign routes efficiently.

You will monitor progress via GPS, coordinate drivers and warehouse staff, handle urgent deliveries, and ensure documentation is complete before dispatch, thriving in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fast-paced environment with potential for irregular hours.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize daily delivery schedules
• Coordinate delivery routes and assignments to maximize efficiency
• Ensure all delivery documentations and checking are properly planned before dispatched.
• Prioritize urgent and time sensitive deliveries
• Monitor delivery progress via GPS tracking and reporting
• Coordinate weed warehouse personnel to ensure materials are complete inspected and documented before dispatch
• Assign deliveries to drivers and deliberate teams based on vehicle capacity and delivery requirements
• Ensure delivery personnel receive complete instructions regarding destinations schedules and special handling requirements
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout the delivery process
• Respond promptly to delivery issues route changes delays and customer concerns
• Coordination with drivers and helpers with operations team especially when absences or relievers are necessary at the start of the day
