Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Organizational Development Head to steer the organization’s effectiveness and people development agenda, aligning talent, performance, culture, and capability initiatives with strategic priorities.

This role will provide strategic direction across Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Change Management. It partners with senior leaders to strengthen capabilities and drive people-related transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and people development initiatives.
• Experience in multi-site, fast-paced retail/hospitality/FMCG environments preferred.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people and OD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization’s Organizational Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives on organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, talent development, and leadership development.
• Lead design and improvement of Performance Management frameworks and processes.
• Oversee talent development and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Provide strategic direction for Learning & Development programs and capability gaps.
• Lead culture, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and capability building initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to identify challenges and develop people and organizational solutions.
• Lead change management and organizational transformation with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop organizational frameworks, policies, and interventions to support business growth.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and monitor OD metrics to assess initiative impact.
