Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced People Development Director to lead strategic Learning & Development and Organizational Development initiatives across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to build a strong learning culture aligned with business priorities. You will design and deliver blended learning solutions, develop leadership and contributor programs, and use data and feedback to shape learning strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience with 10+ years in L&D leadership.
• Proven track record designing and delivering L&D programs.
• Strong background in organizational development and leadership development.
• Experience managing teams in global or matrixed settings.
• Experience with blended learning (online, ILT, micro-learning).
• Familiarity with assessment tools (360, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder).

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic Learning & Development and Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Drive talent development interventions and strengthen a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and identify development gaps, opportunities, and appropriate solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify organizational development priorities.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and micro-learning programs.
• Lead the development of leadership and individual contributor programs across various levels of the organization.
• Facilitate engaging and innovative learning sessions for small and large groups.
• Use business data, employee feedback, engagement surveys, and industry best practices to shape learning strategies.

We are looking for an experienced People Development Director to lead strategic Learning & Development and Organizational Development initiatives. This role will partner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to build a strong learning culture and deliver development solutions aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, talent development, and leadership development, with the ability to translate business needs and organizational data into impactful people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic Learning & Development and Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Drive talent development interventions and strengthen a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and identify development gaps, opportunities, and appropriate solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 10 years of experience leading Learning & Development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive learning and development programs.
• Strong background in Organizational Development and leadership development.
• Experience managing teams, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience developing blended learning programs across online learning, instructor-led training, and micro-learning platforms.
• Experience with assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback, Hogan, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, DiSC, or similar tools. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Strong experience in diagnosing performance and organizational challenges and developing appropriate interventions.
