Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of experience leading Learning & Development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and delivering learning programs.
• Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, and Learning Strategy.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for employees and leaders across functions.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify capability gaps to develop targeted solutions.
• Build leadership and talent development programs to support succession planning and growth.
• Develop diverse learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, and blended formats.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to identify priorities and deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage feedback, engagement data, and trends to improve learning strategies and experiences.
• Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of learning initiatives.
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives to enhance performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
• Integrate Diversity & Inclusion into learning and OD programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce priorities.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programs for employees and leaders across different functions and levels.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify capability gaps to develop targeted and innovative development solutions.
• Build and enhance leadership and talent development programs that support succession planning and organizational growth.
• Develop diverse learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to identify organizational development priorities and deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage employee feedback, engagement data, business insights, and industry trends to continuously improve learning strategies and employee experiences.
• Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of learning initiatives.
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance team performance, employee engagement, and leadership capability.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to integrate Diversity & Inclusion into learning and organizational development programs.
• Manage L&D resources and provide recommendations on budgets, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor the L&D/OD team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of experience leading Learning & Development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive and diverse learning programs.
• Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, and Learning Strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective people development solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a large, complex, or multi-functional organization is an advantage.
