Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Makati is seeking a senior People Development Director to spearhead enterprise-wide Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Talent Development initiatives.
You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to translate business priorities into development strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive measurable organizational impact.
We are looking for a People Development Director to lead enterprise-wide Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), and Talent Development initiatives for a global organization.
This is a senior strategic L&D/OD leadership role for an experienced people-development professional who can translate business priorities into development strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, diagnose organizational capability gaps, and deliver measurable business and employee impact.
You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to design and implement leadership, manager, and employee development initiatives across the organization.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide Learning & Organizational Development strategies aligned with business priorities.
Assess organizational, talent, and capability needs and translate gaps into effective development interventions.
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to identify business needs and provide strategic people-development solutions.
Build a culture of continuous learning through innovative and business-aligned development initiatives.
Design and implement blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, and micro-learning.
Facilitate development sessions for employees, managers, and senior leaders.
Support leadership development, manager enablement, succession, team effectiveness, and organizational capability-building initiatives.
Use business data, employee feedback, engagement insights, and other organizational data to inform learning strategies.
Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on enterprise-wide people and organizational initiatives.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years focused on Learning & Development.
Strong experience across L&D, Organizational Development, Talent Development, and/or Leadership Development.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives.
Experience in a global, matrixed, shared-services, captive, or BPO environment is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
Strong understanding of Organizational Development and the ability to diagnose people, talent, and capability challenges.
Experience partnering with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people-development initiatives with measurable organizational or business outcomes.
Strong facilitation, consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with modern learning technologies, LMS, e-learning, virtual learning, and blended learning approaches.
