You will lead the growth agenda, set priorities to meet commercial targets and drive digital transformation across online sales. You will lead a high performing team, maximise partnerships across channels, review performance to refine campaigns, and work with the Global Director to balance HQ strategy with local best practices to win in the

• Experience in a regional role within an eCommerce platform/marketplace or FMCG with a large online business.
• Proven track record growing online revenue via digital channels.
• Willingness to be based in Manila and understand Philippines market.

About Our Client

Global FMCG company with a large presence in the Philippines

Job Description

• Lead the eCommerce growth agenda, setting clear priorities that support commercial targets and customer demand.
• Lead a high performing team to ensure online sales targets are met, as a critical revenue channel for the overall business.
• Drive digital transformation activities across online sales processes to improve how the business serves customers.
• Work closely to maximise partnerships and revenue with all relevant channels and platforms.
• Review eCommerce performance and use findings to refine priorities, campaigns, and channel activity.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve the online customer experience and support sustainable sales results.
• Work closely with the Global Director of eCommerce to ensure balance between the global HQ strategic direction while maintaining relevant local best practices to win and grow in the Philippines.

The Successful Applicant

• Background in a regional role within a leading eCommerce platform/marketplace and/or an FMCG company with a large eCommerce business.
• Proven knowledge growing online revenue and increasing % of business through digital channels.
• Background and knowledge of the Philippines market preferred. Role must be based in Manila.
