- Experience in a regional role within an eCommerce platform/marketplace or FMCG with a large online business.
- Proven track record growing online revenue via digital channels.
- Willingness to be based in Manila and understand Philippines market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the eCommerce growth agenda and set priorities aligned to commercial targets.
- Lead a high performing team to achieve online sales targets as a key revenue channel.
- Drive digital transformation across online sales processes.
- Maximise partnerships and revenue with relevant channels and platforms.
- Review eCommerce performance and refine campaigns and channel activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience and sustainable sales.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of eCommerce to balance global HQ strategy with local best practices in the Philippines.
