Job summary

Lightnet Group in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager to lead cross-border payments growth. You will build a robust partner network, close deals with banks, PSPs, MTOs and remittance partners, and drive FX revenue alongside compliance teams.

You will manage multi-channel growth, craft strategic partnerships, and steer the sales organization toward ambitious MoM and annual targets in a fast-evolving fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and scaling new business.
• Strong networking and deal-closing capabilities with banks, PSPs, and remittance partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a client network across e-commerce, payroll, lending, and trade settlement.
• Drive 20% MoM transaction growth and 24+ new partners in year 1.
• Close deals with money transfer partners for remittances to the Philippines.
• Negotiate and deliver fee-based and FX revenue streams.
• Collaborate with compliance and IT for onboarding and regulatory alignment.
• Provide market intelligence to stay ahead of competition.
