AndPayments in Manila is seeking a Director, Market Development to build and scale our presence in the Philippines and Singapore. The role is senior, hands-on and focused on building commercial pipelines, partnerships, and coordinating with regulatory bodies.

Based in Manila with travel to Singapore, you will own go-to-market approaches, engage senior decision-makers, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations to launch and support markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, financial services, fintech, payments or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Own business development for products in the Philippines and Singapore markets.
• Build and manage commercial pipelines from prospecting to close.
• Establish and deepen relationships with customers, partners and key ecosystem players.
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Operations and Finance to launch and support both markets.
• Represent AndPayments with senior stakeholders and at market forums.
