• Ensure a smooth restaurant and chinese operations at all times, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation.
• Optimize profitability of restaurant and drive revenue.
• Maximize and maintain the restaurant's performance.
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests.
