Job summary

Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth for its luxury resort. You will lead the business development team in shaping the growth strategy, ensuring implementation of plans, and maintaining corporate standards to maximise opportunities across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related education, experience in an international luxury hotel, and a strong track record as a presenter and leader with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Preferably come from a business-related education background.
• Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel.
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo.
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.
• Excellent presenter and communicator.
• Thinks outside of the box.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
