Job summary

St Trinity Property Group seeks a GTM Automation Engineer to own the go-to-market technology stack across our brands. You will build internal tools and automate data pipelines, using AI coding tools to ship systems that power marketing, sales, community and partner teams.

You will design, build and deploy agents and automations, extend Claude Code integration, and ensure production-grade logging and human review points.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying working tools with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Hands-on CRM administration at administrator level, not user level. Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel.
• Strong grasp of CRM architecture, automation logic and revenue process design.
• Experience with marketing automation and with sales engagement or outreach platforms.
• Practical experience A/B testing outbound campaigns, funnels and messaging.
• Strong data skills: hygiene, governance, segmentation, SQL or equivalent, and reporting.
• Experience supporting distributed, cross-functional teams. We operate across Australia, the Philippines, South Africa, the US, the UK and the Middle East.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the judgement to work independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered internal tools, agents and automations across GTM stack.
• Prototype quickly, test, and deploy production-ready solutions with logging and error handling.
• Administer Zoho CRM across group instances and related Zoho apps.
• Own GoHighLevel end-to-end: sub-accounts, funnels, calendars, pipelines, email/SMS automation.
• Integrate the stack via APIs, webhooks and iPaaS tools.
• Maintain CRM data quality, governance and shared definitions for consistent reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports on pipeline, velocity and CAC using GA4/Looker Studio.
• Support outbound and paid/organic campaigns with tracking and automation.
