Job summary

BOOSTERFOODS, INC. seeks a Dining Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations at Opus Mall, Bridgetowne, QC. You will supervise dining staff, ensure service standards, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.

In this role you will coach staff, handle customer concerns, assist in achieving sales targets, and coordinate opening/closing duties. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in restaurant operations and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and organized.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Opus Mall, Bridgetowne, QC.
