Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and organized.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Opus Mall, Bridgetowne, QC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide dining staff during daily operations.
• Ensure proper table setup, service standards, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Assist in handling customer concerns and service-related issues.
• Ensure accurate order taking and timely food and beverage service.
• Monitor dining supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties based on operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure proper turnover of operations
