Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is seeking a Solutions Specialist for full-time, on-site work in Metro Manila. You will work closely with customers to understand business needs, propose digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions, and support end-to-end solution implementation.

You will prepare presentations, coordinate proposals, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, evaluate solution options, and interpret technical and business data.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, prepare clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills to translate customer challenges into solution roadmaps, advise on best practices, and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.
• Candidates should possess reliable Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, address concerns promptly, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to identify opportunities, support deal closure, and contribute to revenue growth through solution-based selling.
• Relevant experience in IT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with leading IT vendors’ products and services, and proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business needs and propose digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, responding to inquiries, and managing opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs and engagements, and provide post-sales support.
