Qualifications

Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and translate requirements into tech solutions.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align initiatives with goals.
Support digital transformation efforts and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog management and refinement.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and teams.
Assist with testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
