The position requires extensive consulting experience, MBA and a strong background in Finance & Accounting transformations, with a return-to-office work setup in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with CXOs and delivering client outcomes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt or similar certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in operations, consulting and digital transformation in Finance & Accounting domains.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize transformation solutions for retained and outsourced client orgs.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs and future-ready operating models.
• Drive RFP responses, solution run-throughs, and sales cycle support.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s digital ecosystem to demo innovations.
