The role requires expertise in project management, systems analysis, design, documentation, and UI/UX analysis to enhance the phygital customer experience. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Understanding of UI/UX design analysis.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Exposure to CX systems (e-commerce, mobile apps, websites).

Responsibilities

• Handle new projects on customer-facing digital platforms.
• Maintain the phygital (physical & digital) customer experience map.
• Ensure alignment to the CX map.
• Coordinate with vendors, dealers, process owners and other departments.
• Implement system/platform enhancements from requests, feedback, or research.
• Manage SDLC and SMLC aligned with PDCA cycle.
• Provide advisory services on new processes, products, promos, etc.
• Analyze system KPIs and provide recommendations.
• Act as a systems trainer.
