Job summary

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation in Makati City invites a Business Solutions Analyst (Customer Applications) to join our Digital and Operations Solutions Department. You will handle projects on customer-facing digital platforms and maintain a Phygital customer experience map.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
Strong background in project management, systems analysis, and documentation.
Experience with UI/UX design analysis and digital platform projects.

Responsibilities

Handle New Projects on Customer-facing Digital Platforms.
Maintain overall Phygital customer experience map.
Coordinate with vendors, dealers, process owners and other departments.
Implement system enhancements identified from feedback and research.
Manage projects following SDLC and SMLC aligned with PDCA.
Provide advisory services on new processes, products, promos.
Analyze system KPIs and provide recommendations.
Act as a systems trainer.
