Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Philippines Corporation seeks a Project Coordinator to document user requirements by engaging with users, observing current operations, and evaluating existing systems to support digital platform initiatives.

You will coordinate with users, company units, and vendors, lead user acceptance testing, and document results, while managing post-implementation activities including production support after go-live.

Responsibilities

• Documents user requirements through discussions with users, observing current operations, and evaluating current systems.
• Prepares documents for approval necessary for the completion and implementation of the project assigned.
• Conceptualizes process flow based on user requirements.
• Coordinates with users, other units of the company, and vendors on the development of digital platforms.
• Leads user acceptance testing and documentation.
• Leads post-implementation activities and documents its results.
• Provides production support three months after go-live date.
• Ensures that the project tasks and its completion conform to established policies, standards, and procedures required.
• Helps in the improvement of policies, procedure and/or organization in relation to the project.
• Performs administrative duties such as but not limited to project budget monitoring, vendor payment processing, and meeting administration.
• Recommends changes in procedures in relation to the project.
