Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to oversee multiple IT projects, coordinate with business units, and ensure timely delivery. You will monitor timelines, risks, and resources while documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field with 5+ years in project coordination or IT delivery, familiar with Agile/Waterfall, and able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, IT project delivery, or related roles.
• Experience in software, hardware, and cloud project implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience in project management, service management, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Background in banking or financing industry is an advantage.
• ITIL certification, DevOps experience, and API/development knowledge are a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects, requests, and service deliveries.
• Coordinate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure completeness of requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Track and report project and request status to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve delivery issues proactively.
