Job summary

LG Electronics Philippines seeks a Digital Platform Officer to manage dealer digital platforms, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external partners, and ensure accurate product information and smooth transactions for dealers nationwide.

You will monitor performance, run audits, train users, develop guides and FAQs, and deliver data-driven insights to improve dealer experience and support sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital platform management, e-commerce, or related functions.
• Experience with dealer management, channel sales, or B2B platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, UX, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain dealer digital platforms and portals.
• Ensure platform content, product information, pricing, promotions, and resources are accurate and updated.
• Monitor platform performance, usability, and functionality for optimal UX.
• Conduct audits and propose improvements based on business needs.
• Serve as main contact for platform-related dealer concerns and training.
• Provide training and onboarding for dealers on platform features.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to drive adoption.
• Gather dealer feedback and propose enhancements.
