• ContinuousProcessImprovement:Activelyseekoutandidentifyinefficienciesandprocessgapswithinourprojectdeliverylifecycle. Youwillcollaboratewith cross-functionalteamstoimplementeffectivesolutionsandensurethese improvementsare successfully applied to subsequent projects.

Minimum Qualification required :

• Bachelor's degree in a technicalor business-related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projectssuccessfully in a digital banking or financial services environment.


• Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources.

Requirements

• Mastery of various project managementmethodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuousimprovement framework.


• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational.


• Familiarity with financialregulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is assinificant plus
