Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Digital Media Planner to develop and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll collaborate with clients, operations teams, and stakeholders to create effective media plans, manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive improvements.

The role requires 1+ year in digital media planning or related fields, familiarity with major ad platforms, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital media planning or related field.
• Experience using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, budgets, and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organization to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• At least one digital advertising certification (e.g., Google/Meta).
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, three days per week.

• Stay updated on trends and explore new media opportunities.
