You will run email marketing and social media, launching campaigns for both consumer stores and business clients, and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The role requires proactive marketing with strong copywriting and Canva design skills, plus ability to analyze metrics and optimize

Qualifications

• Proven experience running email campaigns (promotional & win-back)
• Hands-on with at least one ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Experience creating and scheduling social content on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
• Strong copywriting for email and social media
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Understanding email metrics: open, click, segmentation
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented with strong communication

Responsibilities

Consistent campaigns build recognition, and a Digital Marketing Specialist will turn a content calendar into emails and posts that establish us as experts in custom branded apparel and promotional products. You will run our email marketing and social media presence, launching email campaigns for both our consumer stores and our business client list, creating content for Facebook and Instagram, and growing our LinkedIn following. We want a proactive marketer who delivers consistent, engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage email marketing campaigns for B2C online stores and the B2B/corporate client list
• Plan and send win-back and promotional email campaigns
• Create and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram
• Grow our presence and engagement on LinkedIn
• Work with the business owner on a content calendar that positions the brand as an industry expert in custom branded apparel, embroidery, and promotional products
• Run occasional giveaways to grow followers and drive referrals
• Monitor campaign and content performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain and segment email lists for different audiences

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience running email marketing campaigns, including promotional and win-back sends
• Hands-on experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact)
• Experience creating and managing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Strong copywriting skills for email and social media
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Understanding of email metrics such as open rates, click rates, and list segmentation
• Unfailing on follow-through, sharp on detail, and self-sufficient without supervision
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or promotional products
• Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing
• Experience planning and running social media giveaways
• Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools
• Ability to recommend email platforms and set up new marketing tools
