Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing and social media efforts for both consumer stores and business clients. You will launch campaigns, craft content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and grow our presence as a leader in custom branded apparel and promotional products.

You will work closely with the owner to maintain a content calendar and deliver engaging campaigns that drive engagement and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience running email campaigns (promo and win-back) with metrics.
• Hands-on use of Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
• Experience creating social content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting for email and social media.
• Familiar with Canva or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of open, click rates, and segmentation.
• Reliable, proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Take your skills further as a Digital Marketing Specialist who runs our email marketing and social media presence. You’ll launch email campaigns for both our consumer stores and our business client list, create content for Facebook and Instagram, and grow our LinkedIn following. Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage email marketing campaigns for B2C online stores and the B2B/corporate client list


• Plan and send win-back and promotional email campaigns


• Create and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram


• Grow our presence and engagement on LinkedIn


• Work with the business owner on a content calendar that positions the brand as an industry expert in custom branded apparel, embroidery, and promotional products


• Run occasional giveaways to gain followers and drive referrals


• Track campaign and content performance and recommend improvements


• Maintain and segment email lists for different audiences

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience running email marketing campaigns, including promotional and win-back sends


• Hands-on experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact)


• Experience creating and managing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn


• Strong copywriting skills for email and social media


• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools


• Understanding of email metrics such as open rates, click rates, and list segmentation


• Diligent, well-prepared, and self-sufficient


• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or promotional products


• Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing


• Experience planning and running social media giveaways


• Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools


• Ability to recommend email platforms and set up new marketing tools


• Comfortable managing a busy load of projects at once
