vamasters, Inc. is building out its email program and seeks an Email Marketing Coordinator to plan, build, and grow it. You will manage campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, write engaging email copy, and use performance data to improve results for our ecommerce brand.

You will own the channel from planning through reporting, with an emphasis on segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and collaboration with marketing to drive growth from Iloilo.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience building and sending email campaigns and automated flows.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform.
• Excellent written English and strong email copywriting skills.
• Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze email performance data and turn it into actionable improvements.
• Diligent, precise, and able to operate independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, build, and schedule email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and newsletters.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, and win‑back.
• Write and edit subject lines, preview text, and email copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Build and manage audience segments based on customer behavior, engagement, and purchase history.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and revenue, and report results with clear recommendations.
• QA every email before it goes out, including links, mobile and desktop rendering, and personalization.
• Keep an organized email calendar aligned with upcoming promotions and product launches.
• Keep lists healthy and follow deliverability best practices.

Job Summary:

Preferred Skills:

• - Email marketing experience in eCommerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands
• - Direct hands‑on Klaviyo experience (Klaviyo certification is a plus)
• - Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• - Experience with SMS marketing
• - Basic design skills in Canva or Figma for email visuals
• - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates
• - Competent at coordinating several campaigns at once
