The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with HubSpot or similar ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot is a plus).

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-volume operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and escalation issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
