Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot is a plus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or advertising platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-volume operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and escape issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
